Working with Mainline Industry and their team has been a great relationship throughout the years. I have been with JMB for 10yrs now and in my time here at JMB I have depended greatly on the tech support and assistance from both Albert and Jesus. Communication has been great as well as response time and over the phone as in person diagnostic/troubleshooting. When it comes to parts and breakdowns time is of an essence and they have continually performed for us in regards to customer support.

Flowrap machines have allowed for more versatile presentations and more customers are moving to packaged asparagus. We do presentations of 1kilogram bags, 6oz bags, 1lb bag, and 10oz bags also. All these are for different customers and allow for wider customer base and range of presentations.

The Produce Exchange’s first business transaction with Mainline Industry began many years ago when we purchased a flow Pak line from Scott Cernosek. Scott was with us at our San Diego facility from the time the line came off the truck through the training and care of the line. He worked tirelessly side by side each of us into the night until we had it down.

Fast forward to 2021 and the relationship with Mainline Industry remains strong. Everyone at Mainline handles business in a professional way with a personal touch of always making sure the outcome achieves the goal. We started working with you all 8 years ago after deciding to make a change to our hand-packing process. We started off by installing 3 machines and the change was enormous. These machines are practical and reliable. They’ve made our new packaging process more efficient and have helped increase the longevity of our product [with modified atmosphere film], along with the quality of our [packaging] presentation. The majority of our equipment is used for Asparagus but other products as well.
